Pricing and visibility
Sellers pay for listings and visibility. Buyers browse free and always will. Golden Land Market takes no commission on a sale, holds no escrow and does not process closings.
Listing is free for sellers. Nothing on this page can be bought yet. There is no checkout, no plan to choose and no payment details to give us — you register, you list, and that is the whole of it. We are seeding real inventory and learning what sellers actually value before any of it becomes a price. Founding sellers keep their standing when paid plans begin.
The intended model
What each plan will include. We have not set the prices yetA subscription containing an allowance of active Standard listings, plus optional per-listing boosts. A Standard listing is a complete listing — see below. A listing uses part of your allowance while it is live, paused or waiting for review; drafts, and listings you have sold, archived or let expire, do not.

For high-volume inventory.

Boosts
Any Standard listing can be boosted for a fixed period to Featured or Spotlight. Initial durations: 7, 14, 40 days. During the founding beta, boosts are granted by us at no charge so we can see how placement actually performs.

- Position and placement area
- Membership of the Featured and Spotlight sections
- Homepage, state and county exposure
- How many preview facts appear on the card
A boost never affects
- The listing detail page — every tier gets the same page
- How many photographs you can publish
- Essential parcel information
- Your contact details
- Lead delivery — every listing's leads reach its seller in full, immediately, never throttled
- Whether the listing appears in normal search at all
A seller can buy attention. A seller cannot buy trust.
Paid placement is labelled on every card and in every section heading, and the default sort says so. Paying us can buy you a plan, room for more listings, or extra visibility such as a promoted placement. It never buys verification, an endorsement, a moderation result, or any different treatment in review.
